Subject of Tender: Core System hardware and its accompanying software, including maintenance afterwards and DR center renting service
Service Content:
- Servers, Firewall, Switches, Licenses, Racks, UPS. Performing rack and stack for all the equipments. For the IT architecture, please refer to the attachment IT Architecture.
- Installation and setup of FortiGate VPN, Windows Server, Hyper-V and Veeam. We will utilize logical partition of the networking environment, so we also need service of installation and setup of all the following virtual machines: AD(DC01, DC02), WSUS, SEPM, SQL Server.
- Maintenance contract.
- Disaster recovery center, including drill assistance once a year.
Qualification: The provider needs to provide certifications such as ISO certification showing it is compliant with adequate information security standards, with revenue (consolidated) of more than EUR100 million in any of recent 3 years.
