Subject of Tender: Compliance Assistance Service
Service Content: UTB plans to engage a consultancy firm specialized in compliance services. This firm will provide a certified compliance officer to cover any potential gaps during an extended leave of the current certified compliance officer or between the departure of the current certified compliance officer and the onboarding of a new one. Specifically, such support may be required:
- On an ad hoc basis, such as covering temporary absences of the current Certified Compliance Officer due to holidays or illness.
- For a longer term, ensuring a smooth transition if replacing the Certified Compliance Officer takes longer than expected.
Qualification: The Compliance Officer needs to be certified by the NBB and the FSMA.
